We want you to be confident when you subscribe to a VesperOps product. If it is not the right fit, we make it easy to get your money back.

14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. No questions asked. If you are not satisfied within 14 days of your initial purchase, contact us and we will refund you in full.
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
All VesperOps paid subscriptions come with a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of your initial purchase. This applies to every product in our ecosystem:
- VesperSignal
- VesperPulse
- VesperShift
- VesperStrike
- VesperGravity
- VesperCadence
- VesperVoice
If you are unsatisfied for any reason within the first 14 days, email us at [email protected] with your account email and we will process a full refund โ typically within 3โ5 business days back to your original payment method.
After 14 Days
After the 14-day window, payments are non-refundable. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time and you will retain access through the end of your current billing period.
How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription in two ways:
- Self-service: Go to your account settings in any VesperOps product and click "Manage Billing" to access the Stripe customer portal, where you can cancel instantly
- Email: Send a cancellation request to [email protected] and we will process it within 24 hours
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will not be charged again, and you keep full access until the period ends.
What Happens After Cancellation
- Your account is downgraded to the free tier (if available) at the end of the billing period
- Your data is retained for 30 days in case you want to resubscribe
- After 30 days, we may delete your account data per our Privacy Policy
- Content you created (landing pages, email templates, etc.) can be exported before cancellation
Free Plans and Trials
Free tiers and trial periods are exactly that โ free. No payment is required, and no refund is applicable. If a trial converts to a paid plan, the 14-day guarantee begins on the date of first payment.
Disputes and Chargebacks
We would much rather work things out directly than through a chargeback. If you have any billing concerns, please reach out to us first at [email protected]. We respond within 24 hours and will do our best to resolve the issue quickly.
Exceptions
Refunds are not available for:
- Partial billing periods (e.g., cancelling mid-month does not generate a prorated refund)
- Accounts terminated for violations of our Terms of Service
- One-time services or consulting engagements (separate agreements apply)
